I grew up in Taiwan, where Traditional Chinese Medicine’s philosophy is fully integrated into the country’s mainstream healthcare, and culture. As my work in the field of complementary health has progressed, I have naturally found myself returning to my roots.

I have over 15 years of experience as a practitioner in Ayurveda and have been professionally involved in TCM since 2011. I am a fully qualified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and hold a BSc degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. I have been located in Zürich since 1994 and have had practices both here and in London.

My approach is a very holistic and integrative one. As well as using acupuncture and herbs, I also encourage my clients to upgrade their nutrition and lifestyle habits to support themselves in the process of change. I take this approach because my interest is to treat the whole person, and not just the symptoms of their problem.

As a practitioner, healer, and clinician, my strength comes through my ability to intuitively connect with my clients. In this connection, I get to the heart of their problems. I pride myself on seeing and treating the whole person in a way that works in harmony with their lives and the challenges they are facing.

My Work Experience

Since 2003, I have been working as a self-employed Massage therapist and Bodyworker in Zürich Seefeld.

During my study for Traditional Chinese Medicine in London, I also worked at Triyoga, London, as an Ayurveda therapist. After returning to Zürich, I joined Lian China Herb and worked as a consultant in the Chinese Medicine specialist team. Lately, I was recruited by Bär & Karrer for their massage/bodywork team.

I am currently seeing my clients at Sunflower House.
